Dear Bikash,
LT speed of EOT crane is basically dependent on the Operational Requirement of the crane. If the Length of Travel is large, higher LT speed is chosen. LT speed can be anything from 10MPM to 100MPM. It may be less also & it may be more also. There is no calculation of LT speed. Unless there is some strict requirement, LT is just selected judiciously.
